Crayfish

Description

Usually shipped in cases or cartons. Requires proper air circulation when in cool chambers. If proper air circulation is prevented, damage to the crayfish might occur. Damage of this nature might give rise to the belief that there has been a breakdown of the refrigeration machinery.

For further information, see Fish.
